In Flames zal op 10 februari 2023 het veertiende album Foregone via Nuclear Blast Records uitbrengen.
Een paar weken geleden werd de eerste single Foregone part 1 al gelanceerd en nu is het dan de beurt aan Foregone part 2. De single komt precies op het moment dat de band de laatste voorbereidingen treft voor de tour die in Tallin, Estland start op 12 november. Een tour waarbij ze worden bijgestaan door At The Gates, Imminence en Orbit Culture.
6 december doen ze Nederland aan in 013 Tilburg om de dag erna Brussel op zijn grondvesten te doen schudden.
Zanger Anders Fridén: “While revisiting songs in our catalog like Moonshield and Gyroscope, I felt we hadn’t done that style for awhile. We wanted honor those types of songs which incorporates the Swedish folk vibe, but bring it to the current era of In flames. Musically and lyrically it is a continuation of Foregone.”
