The Isolation Sessions

Corona, bedankt. Elk concert is gecancelled, het toiletpapier is uitverkocht en er is niks te doen. Behalve kijken en luisteren naar ‘The Isolation Sessions’, een initiatief van en voor Eindhovense muziekliefhebbers en pro’s. Live shows om thuis van te genieten in isolatie, alleen of met je vrienden.
Het is niet anders. Nederland zit binnen en de agenda’s zijn leeg. Muzikanten en vaklui uit de muziek zitten dus stil en dat is mooi kut. Geluidsmannen Bob de Wit en Koen Verhees starten daarom met speciale studio sessies om deze barre tijden door te komen. Elke dag zorgen ze voor een live show, opgenomen in de Supernova Studio met ondersteuning van T56 en Eindhoven Rockcity.
Supporten? Deel de muziek met je vrienden, kijk samen naar de shows en maak er wat leuks van. Vind je het vet of wil je wat bijdragen? Doneer dan wat het jou waard is (link hieronder). We doen dit niet om het geld, maar om de artiesten een pan chili te serveren (en om wc papier te kopen).

Thanks, coronavirus… Every show is cancelled, toilet paper is sold out, and we all have nothing to do. Except watching and listening to ‘The Isolation Sessions’, an initiative by and for music fans in Eindhoven. We record live shows for you to enjoy in isolation at home, alone or with friends.
It is what it is, right? All of the Netherlands is locked up indoors and agendas are empty. Musicians and professionals find themselves with no work on their hands, and that sucks. It’s why sound engineers Bob de Wit and Koen Verhees came up with these studio sessions, to get through these sad and boring times. Every day, they record a live concert in the Supernova Studio, supported by T56 and Eindhoven Rockcity.
